Recently I had the pleasure of interviewing Amy Cooper. I'd been chasing her down for weeks, but she and "her people" had eluded me. When she finally agreed to sit down with me, I was ready.
Amy Cooper: So, Amy, I'm glad you finally agreed to meet with me. What changed your mind?
Amy Cooper: I was reticent to meet with you because, to be honest I was afraid who I might find. You've been chasing me for quite some time and I'm not sure I'm ready to meet . . .
Amy Cooper: Ok, ok. Let's move on. What's your favorite movie?
Amy Cooper: That's a no-brainer. Chasing Amy.
Amy Cooper: I like that movie too. Joey Lauren Adams was brilliant in that.
Amy Cooper: Who?
Amy Cooper: The star of the film. The titular role.
Amy Cooper: Please watch your language.
Amy Cooper: Sorry. So let's move on. What's your favorite car?
Amy Cooper: The mini-cooper.
Amy Cooper: What's your favorite genre of music?
Amy Cooper: Punjabi
Amy Cooper: Punjabi? OK. Favorite musical artist?
Amy Cooper: Dilpreet Dhillon
Amy Cooper: Favorite song?
Amy Cooper: "Cooper"
Amy Cooper: I'm starting to sense a pattern here.
Amy Cooper: : I
Amy Cooper: I'm almost afraid to ask, but favorite place?
Amy Cooper: New Mexico
Amy Cooper. Oh! That's a relief, I thought you were going to . . .
Amy Cooper: Cooper, New Mexico. It's a little known ghost town with amazing indiginous fauna and flora such as the Delosperma cooperi (Coopers Hardy Ice Plant).
Amy Cooper: Let's skip the rest of the favorites questions and get to something your fans might not already know. Who is Amy Cooper . . . really?
Amy Cooper: A rose by any other name would smell just as sweet.
Amy Cooper: Let's try to focus shall we? Who are you?
Amy Cooper: You mean you don't already know?
Amy Cooper: : |
Amy Cooper: I am you dear. I am you.
Amy Cooper: Wow. That's deep (also a little nuts).
Amy Cooper has a common name, but does that make her common? Amy Cooper wants to be original and authentic despite her common traits, common features and common name. Amy enjoys reading obscure poetry of the type typically found scrawled in ancient bamboo scrolls and adorning the interior of public stalls at indy band concerts, she also enjoys short walks on the beach and referring to herself in the third person.
